1.1. Information Legislation System
The system features a set of applications with server on site
and special application for distribution to customer. The
main idea of the project was to create a system, which would
function as a flexible mechanism in conact with dedicated
server and aimed for editing acts, documents and resources
with their following distribution to customers. The heart
of the system consists of 5 different applications based on
Delphi and MS SQL Server database as main storage of data.
Those 5 applications perform the following task in multi-currency
mode: administrating (users, groups, actions, permissions,
locks, checks, statistics), packed importing (puts large count
of documents/resources in specified format into MS SQL Server),
editing materials (editing references and directories with
complex workflow for different roles), managing customers
(providing way to store information and settings for all customers/subscribers
of system) and exporting (generate update files for subscribers
with new/changed resources). 2 application variants were created
for customers of the system - demo and full versions. They
allow finding, viewing, marking, printing store resources
in the local system version with the possibility of its update.
